Everything you need to know about downloading your purchase, using your designs, and getting help with your files.
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped.
Downloading Your Purchase
Receiving your files
After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email containing your download link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Your download link is available for 7 days. Please download and save your files before the link expires. Once saved, your files remain yours to use under the usage terms below; the seven-day limit applies only to the download link.
Opening your files
Many designs are delivered in a ZIP folder. Download the folder, then extract or unzip it before opening the files inside. A computer is recommended for downloading, organizing, and printing your designs.
What’s included
Each product listing explains the file formats, sizes, and designs included with your purchase. Please review those details before ordering. Mockup images show examples of how the artwork may look on finished products; mugs, tumblers, and other physical items are not included.
Printing your designs
You’ll need compatible software, sublimation printing equipment, and suitable sublimation blanks. Check the design dimensions against your specific blank before printing, as measurements can vary between manufacturers.
Colors may appear slightly different on your screen, printed transfer, and finished item. Results depend on your equipment, settings, materials, and pressing process.

If your email hasn’t arrived, your link has expired, or you have trouble opening a file, please contact DKG Creations with your order number and a description of the problem. For an expired link, contact me so I can review your order and help.
Usage Terms
Your purchase allows you to use the included artwork to create physical finished products for personal use, gifts, or sale.
You may:
• Print the artwork on physical items such as mugs, tumblers, and other compatible products.
• Sell the physical finished products you create using the artwork.
• Resize the artwork to fit your project.
You may not:
• Resell, share, give away, or redistribute the digital files.
• Upload the files to shared folders, design groups, or websites where others can access them.
• Offer the artwork as a digital download, either on its own or as part of another digital product or bundle.
• Claim the artwork as your own or offer it for others to download after making changes.
Purchasing a design does not give you exclusive rights to it. The same design may be available to other customers.
Watermarks shown on listing previews are not included in the purchased design files. Any exceptions or additional permissions will be stated in the individual product listing.

Refund Policy
Because these products are digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description, included files, dimensions, and software requirements before purchasing.
If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged file, please contact DKG Creations with your order number and details of the issue. I’ll help resolve the problem and provide a corrected file when appropriate.
If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, please contact me with both order numbers so I can review the purchases.
Differences caused by screen displays, printer settings, materials, or pressing methods do not necessarily indicate a problem with the digital file. If you suspect a file issue, please contact me so I can help investigate.
