Welcome to DKG Creations Digital Downloads. These terms explain the conditions that apply when you purchase and use digital products from this website. Please read them before placing an order.

  1. Digital Products

All products currently offered on this website are digital downloads. No physical mugs, tumblers, printed transfers, or other physical products will be shipped.

Product photographs and mockups illustrate possible uses of the artwork. Your purchase includes only the digital files and options described in the individual listing.

  1. Reviewing Your Purchase

Please review the product description before ordering, including the file formats, dimensions, included designs, and any customization requirements.

Some products contain ready-to-print artwork. Others include monograms, individual elements, or blank spaces that you personalize using compatible editing software. Personalization by DKG Creations is included only when expressly stated in the listing.

You are responsible for checking that the files are suitable for your project, software, equipment, and chosen sublimation blanks.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before your digital files become available. Please provide an accurate email address so your order information and download link can reach you.

Prices and available products may change. Changes do not alter the price of an already completed purchase.

  1. Download Delivery and Access

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your download link. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Your download link is available for 7 days. Download and save your files before the link expires, and keep a backup copy.

The seven-day limit applies to the download link. Files you have saved may continue to be used under the permissions provided with your purchase.

If your link expires or you have trouble accessing your files, contact DKG Creations with your order number so I can review the issue and help.

  1. Permission to Use the Artwork

Unless an individual listing states otherwise, you may use purchased artwork to create physical finished products for personal use, gifts, or sale. You may resize the artwork to fit your project.

You may not resell, share, give away, or redistribute the digital files, including modified versions. You may not include the artwork in another digital download or bundle, make it available through shared folders, or claim the artwork as your own.

Your purchase provides permission to use the files as described; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or provide exclusive rights. The same design may be available to other customers.

Please review the Usage Terms section of the Download Help & Policies page for additional details. Any listing-specific permissions or restrictions form part of the terms for that product.

  1. Printing and Customization

Compatible software, printing equipment, materials, and sublimation blanks are not included with your purchase.

Check sizing before printing. Blank dimensions can vary between manufacturers, and adjustments may be necessary.

Colors may vary between screen displays, printed transfers, and finished products. Printing and pressing results depend on equipment, settings, materials, and technique.

If you believe a problem is caused by the digital file itself, please contact DKG Creations for assistance.

  1. Refunds and File Problems

Because these products are digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a supplied file is incorrect, missing, corrupted, or does not match its description, contact DKG Creations with your order number and details of the problem. I will investigate and provide a corrected or replacement file when appropriate. If the problem cannot be resolved, any refund or other remedy required by applicable law remains available.

For accidental duplicate purchases, contact me with both order numbers so I can review them.

  1. Responsible Website Use

Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access files you have not purchased, interfere with the website or checkout, or misuse another person’s information.

  1. Privacy

Information provided when ordering or contacting DKG Creations is handled as described in the website’s Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for details about the collection and use of your information.

  1. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the shop develops. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.

Updates apply to future purchases. The terms and permissions in effect when you purchased a product continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.

  1. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
